🐶 Happy Tails Daycare – Check-In/Out Policy To ensure a smooth and safe experience for all pets and owners, Happy Tails Daycare has established the following check-in/out procedures: 1. Please arrive within 30 mins of booking to avoid late fees. 2. Late Pickup Policy A grace period of 30 minutes is allowed. After the grace period, a $10 late fee will be applied for every additional 30-minute increment. Dogs not picked up by midnight may be boarded overnight at the Owner’s expense. 3. Authorized Pick-Up Only individuals listed on the pet’s profile may pick up unless prior written authorization is provided. Valid photo ID may be required. 4. Behavioral Updates Staff will provide a brief summary of your dog’s day, including play behavior, meals, rest, and any incidents. If any health or behavioral concerns arise, they will be discussed at check-out. 5. Personal Belongings Please collect all personal items (leashes, toys, bedding) at check-out. Happy Tails is not responsible for lost or damaged items left overnight. 6. Payment and Account Balance All services must be paid in full at check-out unless prepaid. Outstanding balances must be settled before future visits.
